- The Berkeley Soapbox race!
- Crazy Go-Kart racing down a steep hill !
- Home built 3 or 4 wheel karts or "soapboxes" which will be Free-wheeled down a steep hill, with various obstacles on the descent (including jumps and water splash).
- This race ahs been popularised by the Red Bull challenge (see You tube).
- Teams of up to 6 people will perform a pre descent dance with lots of Music and various themes.
- Fun Family event.
- Tickets cost £10 for adults,Youths are £5 and children are free.
- That's the Berkeley Soapbox race, Sunday the 15th of September, starting at 12 noon.
